Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu – Theory and Technique – Renzo & Royler Gracie
Book Synopsis The martial arts world has looked to creative mixed martial arts events such as the Ultimate Fighting Championship over the last decade to judge which fighting style is the greatest.
These competitions have frequently demonstrated the dominance of the grappling style of martial arts, led by Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
The Brazilian jiu-jitsu technique is based on the notion that the outcome of every battle is decided on the ground, based on studies of actual street fights.
Unlike other martial arts, Brazilian jiu-jitsu focuses on ground combat rather than the first striking and kicking stages of conflict.
This course will teach you how to utilize Brazilian jiu-jitsu to improve your fighting effectiveness.
Photographs and detailed instructions demonstrate how to master the methods utilized in this thrilling new type of warfare.
