Bruce Burnett – Coaches Freestyle Wrestling Syllabus

Freestyle 1 – Bruce teaches the fundamentals of the sport using live action examples.
Stance, Motion, Level Change, Penetration, Set-ups to Takedowns, and a variety of Ties.

Bruce teaches attacking technique and a variety of finishes in Freestyle 2.
Finishes include double leg, high crotch, single leg, and low level single.
Live action samples from national and international competitions are shown.
