Chinese Kempo Karate DVD by Daniel Hayen

Grandmaster Daniel Hayen, 9th degree black belt in Kempo and 7th in Ju Jutsu, is the Director of the ICKKF (International Chinese Kempo Karate Federation), which encompasses the Lohan Tao Kempo Karate, Kajukenbo, Pai Lum Tao, Taichi, Chi Kung, and Shin Gi Tai Kempo systems.
In this DVD, he demonstrates a wide range of Kempo techniques, both with and without weapons, as well as workouts to improve speed and coordination. A quick and effective process that gives answers that are both interesting and unique, bringing us closer to a real idea of what battle should be.
