The Shan Xi style has been recognized as the original style and one which keeps its vigorous and powerful energy releases inside its movements.
This series is part of the Chinese Wushu Exhibition Project Series DVDs, demonstrated and explained by Zhang Zigui, one of the top 100 Martial Arts Masters in present China.

2.Practical Combat Skills of Hunyuan Sanshou Quan (SXYD02) – 43 min.
This video mainly introduces the demonstrations of the Hunyuan Sanshou Quan’s techniques in real combat.
It includes the technique combination of Shaolin, Long Fist (Chang Quan), Short Fist (Duan Quan), Through Arm (Tong Bi), Turn Over Fist (Fanzi Quan), Mantis Boxing (Tanglang Quan), and Xingyi Quan.
It can be regarded as a collection of specimens of traditional Sanshou.
