The DVDs, which were shot on site at the Brazilian Top Team’s wrestling gym, feature essential positions such as the clinch, takedowns in the middle of the ring, and takedowns against the ropes and cage.
This is not a wrestling series, but rather an inside look at how to correctly take down an opponent in a genuine No Holds Barred battle when punches, kicks, and other aspects might hamper the grappler from bringing down his opponent.
