Dr John La Tourrette – Secrets of Real Speed

This is the guidebook that goes with the video ‘Secrets of Speed-Hitting.’ La Tourrette’s 42-page book sets out the step-by-step sequences of the speed striking maneuvers seen in the video. There is some information not included in the video. I find it helpful to have this handbook on hand when practicing the maneuvers; it aids in memorizing the sequences.
