The skill of grasping and dominating an opponent is known as Chin Na (Qin Na). It is a quick and effective method of subduing an adversary that employs joint locks, cavity push, bone misplacement, muscle gripping, and artery closure. Taijiquan is an ancient martial art, and Chin Na is an essential component of your Taiji (Tai Chi) training. Taiji Chin Na are fluid, flowing movements that are easy to learn but difficult to master.
