Duane Bang Ludwig – Full Force Fighting Secrets Vol. 1

Duane Bang Ludwig, a Mixed Martial Artist, has been a powerful force on the professional fight scene for many years.
For his tight grasp on the North American kickboxing scene, he’s been dubbed the most fearsome Muay Thai machine.
He came into K-1’s 154 pound limit tournament circuit during its founding year in 2002, reeling off four victories in his first six K-1 appearances. He has over 35 professional wins in organizations such as American K-1 Max World Grand Prix and Ring Of Fire.
In a megafight with Thailand’s Malapaiet Sitprapom, he earned the International Sport Karate Association (ISKA) World Junior Middleweight Muay Thai title. He is a member of the UFC, UCC, and KOTC.
There are five volume titles to pick from.

Volume 1: Fundamental Strikes Body assaults, delivering blows, body punches, basic hand combinations, and body combos.
Approximately 40 minutes.

Volume 2: Stretching and the Fundamental Kicks and Knees Stretching and warming, kicks and knees, basic front kicks, basic high round kick, low kick fundamentals, and clinch basics are all covered.
Approximately 45 minutes.

Advanced Hands, Volume 3 Advanced punching methods, body counters, assaulting the body, combination exercises, attacking with numbers, and hints and ideas.
Approximately 45 minutes.

Advanced Kicks and Knees, Volume 4 Evading and blocking front kicks, countering kicks, countering front kicks with front kicks, checking blocks, countering hands with knees, and clinching are all examples of techniques.
Approximately 56 minutes.

Volume 5: Drilling Pads Fight training, fitness drills, countering, the Holland drill, boxing and body counters drill, numbers, rhythm drill, and wrap up.
Approximately 40 minutes.
