George Kirby – Budoshin ju-jitsu 7-8

BLACK BELT [1st dan/shodan] Vol. 7 — In addition to the methods provided in the previous six CDs, Prof. Kirby teaches the final skills you will need to know to achieve the level of Shodan, or first degree Black Belt. This video will focus areas that will help you complete your training for 1st degree Black Belt. It will cover many gun and rope defenses, hanbo [30″ staff] and yawarra/koshi-no-bo [5-10″ stick] tactics, and particular responses for resistance to certain techniques.

Vol. 8: STREET DEFENSE— This video shows how methods may be tweaked and combined in novel ways based on the nature of the attack and your surroundings. This tape should be regarded an integral element of your Budoshin Ju-Jitsu preparation for Shodan. It will assist you in developing an awareness of your understanding of the art as well as how to cope with many assailants, defend oneself while seated in a chair, use a cane, and deal with other unusual scenarios.
