Part 1.
George Xu demonstrates a Hsing-I form (2 1/2 Ba set) based on movements inspired by ten animals.
Xu, who acquired the technique from Shen Shao Pu in Shanghai, performs the form and then illustrates the motions of the ten animals.
There are fundamental training activities as well as the repetition of form parts three times in a row.
Many applications for diverse movements are provided in several combinations at both slow and actual speed.
The process is then repeated.

Part 2.
George Xu illustrates the form and individual motions for the 10 animals in this sequence, titled “The Eagle and Bear Fight for Survival.”
The form is taught by multiple repetitions of sequences from various viewpoints.
Hsing-ten I’s traits are detailed.
There is a section devoted to unique movement applications.
George Xu (Xu Guo Ming) began martial arts training under Zhu Hong Bao in 1966, learning the three Muslim styles of China: Xing Yi 6 Harmony, 10 Animal Cha Fist, and Chi Shu 7 Postures.
Following that, he trained in this highly unusual system with Zhang Qing Lin, a Snake Bagua Master.
He learned the Lan Shou System from Qing Zhong Bao, Cotton Fist from Yang Tian Gui, Chen style Taiji from Shuong Guang Ren, a pupil of Chen Xiao Quai, Yang style Taiji from Shi Wen Deu, and Xing Yi from Yu Hua Long.
Zhang Li De, his boxing instructor, was the unbeaten Middleweight Boxing Champion from 1951 until 1957.
He received his bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Shanghai Normal University.
