THE THORACIC BRIDGE
Through controlled progressions, you may safely and progressively develop a Thoracic Bridge, Shoulder Flexion, and Shoulder Extension.
SPLIT IN THE MIDDLE
Create the compression required for the Middle Split, Pancake and Press Handstand, as well as other advanced GST aspects.
SPLIT IN THE FRONT
To improve Pike and Front Split, concentrate on the tight hamstring, quad, and glute muscles that come with ordinary office job.
The first workout was quite difficult for me and revealed several inadequacies in my thoracic spine and shoulders. My upper back and shoulders felt terrific afterwards, as they had after the lectures.
