Hervé Gheldman’s Vol. 1 – Learning to Fight The first section of this DVD contains demonstrations of self-defense tactics with or without a weapon in an urban setting, recorded from various perspectives, in real time and slow motion, and thoroughly described by the author.
The second half is a training course in a dojo employing new methods that are also discussed in depth, allowing you to work with a solid technical foundation.
Hervé Gheldman, a specialist in free combat tactics, is now developing his system, which is directly influenced by Sambo.
