DVD 3 Volume III KUMITE is essential for all students of our Dojo.
There are few instructional videos that are available offering the amount of detailed information as found here.
In Volume III, students are introduced to the correct methods of receiving takedowns, evading and countering attacks with break-fall and rolling.
The characteristic body movements of Ninpo Taijutsu will then be covered such as leaping in all directions, in and out of rolls and dives.
Students will then be taken through the many throwing, takedown and reversal exercises taught at Jinenkan Yasuragi Dojo as a student prepares for ranking up through the Shodan level.
