Kazuo Nomura – Aikido Osaka Aikikai Vol 2 En-ten and Sabaki

In their second book, “En/ten & Sabaki” (circular integration and evasive maneuvers), Nomura Shihan and his Uke A. Malet demonstrate a simple and systematic method of practice that allows us to integrate the three key stages required to master any martial art: learning the principles, focusing on the technical aspects, and the practical phase of development through training.
