06. Successful Ring Strategy
That’s it! Master Ruas shows you his pre-fight fitness regimen, how to psychologically prepare for fighting, and strategies for controlling and defeating your opponent once you’re in the ring. When preparing for fighting, you must have a fight strategy, and Marco teaches you the one that has allowed him to conquer his opponents in any venue.

07. Guard Advanced Chokes, Arm Locks, and Wrist Locks
Advanced guard fighting techniques like as chokes, advanced ground fighting leg locks, arm locks, wrist locks, and foot locks will be taught. Marco demonstrates in great detail how to perform these lethal chokes and locks from the guard while escaping and evading any assault your opponent may attempt from the mount position.

08. Sweeps and Throws from the Guard Advanced
Marco continues his advanced guard fighting skills by demonstrating a variety of sweep and throw techniques from the bottom position. These sophisticated sweeps, throws, and reversals all let you to quickly dismount your mounted opponent and mount him with lethal submission grips or attacks.
