Master Sken returns to explain self-defense applications of ancient Muay Thai and Muay Boran methods… There wasn’t much information available about this DVD. It is not included on the website of Master Ken Academy. It mostly features Master Sken teaching how muay thai techniques may be utilized for self-defense in real-world circumstances such as neck grabs, knife assaults, and so on.
