This DVD contains 4 black belt training matches. Each match is first
shown uninterrupted in its entirety. Then the match is replayed again
with a voice over analysis. Certain segments are played in slow motion
so you can see the details of the movements and circles appear on the
screen to highlight key points in the action as mentioned in the voice
over.The analysis is not just a play-by-play narration of the
action. It explains how, why, and when things are done. The analysis
explains mistakes, principles, strategies, and points out fine details
that the average person may not be aware of or would probably overlook.
