This DVD is dedicated to escapes from street situations as well as throws and takedowns, and it’s part of an 8 DVD series of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, but it’s the only one dedicated to self defense, so I’ll only share this one for the time being, since the others are competitive brazilian jiu jitsu.
