Korredas Obra mano Arnis is a martial art that originated on Cebu Island.
The Arnis is based on the Short Stick (one foot to one foot ten length), which may be used solo or double, and was founded within the Filipino tradition of free battle, during which the only rules are self control and respect for the opponent.

Oliver Bersabal, the only International representative of this Filipino Traditional Combat School the Korredas Obra mano Arnis, gives you the opportunity to discover the richness of the practice through techniques applied on the 12 angles and basic attacks. He was initiated into it when he was 8 years old by the founder Master Andres Gomban.
He shows personal defense applications using a stick, a knife, and empty hands.

You will learn how to defend yourself against one or more opponents using commonplace materials (paper, torchlamp, mobile phone) or natural weapons of the human body (knife, cutter, baseball bat).
