Paula Verdino – The Capoeira Workout

The Capoeira Workout by Paula Verdino In Salvador, Bahia, Brazil, Paula Verdino, called Instrutora Pimentinha, was born.
She began her capoeira training with professor Sabia, a world-renowned capoeira teacher and member of the GINGA MUNDO capoeira group.
Paula Verdino fell in love with capoeira and decided to devote her life to it.
She earned the status of “Graduada,” which allows her to teach, and worked on various initiatives in Brazil with poor children and adults while teaching capoeira in public and private schools.
Paula Verdino earned “Best Female Overall” in the World Capoeira Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and then won “Best In Rank” among all male and female contestants a year later.
After being invited as a special guest to a capoeira event in New York, Paula was promptly offered the option to begin her own lessons in the city.
Paula now has the Instructor level and teaches frequently in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island, as well as traveling extensively, leading workshops and capoeira events around the United States, as well as in France, Sweden, Portugal, and other countries.
