Mastering the Toe Hold, Volume 1
The toehold is an effective way of assaulting a man’s leg at the ankle and knee joints. When performed correctly, this technique may inflict immediate damage to both (though it mostly targets the knee), making a victim unable to walk or even stand. The toehold is an excellent fighting technique for two reasons: first, it assaults a vital location and can harm it if your opponent does not submit; second, this lock can be executed from a wide range of postures, making it a very adaptable movement.
THIS DVD’S HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:
+++ Toe Hold Fundamentals – The toehold lock is both hazardous and versatile. Many individuals “believe” they know how to accomplish a toehold, but if a few factors are overlooked, the lock will fail. This section will show you how to correctly perform the lock, including all important information.
+++ Half Guard Toe Hold – If a man doesn’t know any better, he will employ his hafl guard in a way that leaves him WIDE OPEN for a fight-ending toehold. This section will show you how to properly do this lock from this posture, as well as what to look out for!
+++ The Secure Toe Hold – A new manner of crashing into the toehold that eliminates any possibility of escape!
