Sergei Alekseevich Beloglazov is a former Soviet Union Olympic Champion in 1980 and 1988, a six-time World Champion, and a World Silver medallist. Sergei is now the head coach of the Singapore Wrestling Federation. This is an extremely detailed and well-explained freestyle wrestling tutorial.
