Katsuhiko Kashiwazaki won the world championship in 1981 using his own variation of the tomeo-nage. Kashiwazaki provides an engrossing dissection of the technique in his explanation on the most artistic of judo throws, looking at both the fundamental form and the new modifications. The instructions are quite precise and clear.
