Plyo Shred focuses on full-body, explosive exercises that combine strength, speed, agility, and endurance. We maintain a fast tempo and keep the body moving in all directions. Our objective is to stress the muscles while increasing the number of repetitions.

Fat Fighter is the next building block, accelerating the pace and propelling you to the next level.

Fat Fighter focuses on high-intensity, cardiovascular, full-body workouts. Fat Fighter keeps your body working hard and your heart rate up for up to 45 minutes while vigorously training all muscle groups.

STRIKER STRENGTH (DVD 5)

In weeks 7 through 9, we return to muscle-specific workouts, as opposed to movement-based exercises in the previous section, to sculpt round, healthy, toned muscles while continuing to burn body fat and increase endurance.

In Striker Strength, we return our attention to the upper and lower body pushing muscles that we developed in Power Punch. However, it is now more sophisticated. Rounds are becoming longer, and the cardiovascular demand is increasing.

SHARK ATTACK (DVD 12)

Shark Attack replicates the?shark tank rounds? used in UFC training camps, in which a fighter fights a new training partner every 60 seconds for five minutes. We use five full-body workouts for 60 seconds each every round. We do three rounds with a one-minute rest in between.
